Also, it was pretty surprising how almost every major plot-line is already solved, leaving room for the next episode to be pure mindless action/fun. Does this work for you? I'm not familiar with WebM for Retards, but there should probably be an option under video setting called rate control mode, put it to constant quality and then set the quality to a value. Lower value = better quality, bigger filesize. I usually just leave it at 24 and then fiddle around with it depending on video qality and file size. Smaller resolution also helps you reduce filesize, obviously. Sup Forums has a 3mb limit so as long as you're under that you're fine
