Here are your problems. According your theory, NnB should be knocking it out of the park with its "have the girls rub against a faceless MC for three minutes and then end the episode there" approach, and QB should have completely failed as a fanservice franchise. Instead, NnB was forgotten practically the moment that it revealed what its format was going to be.
