It's a jp twitter joke template which then edited by sakubuta.
First pic (you read it like manga): "here it's Tauburn."

Fourth pic: "Shikama's tauburn (Shikama Takahiro)"

Then the other guy said "aren't they all the same?"
The joke is amateur would never know the difference between each tauburns, they all look different depend on which animators that draw them. Most distinct is Imaishi's tauburn and Arasan's tauburn (Jun Arai) in the last two pics.

It's good if you just want to know why specific show/episodes have good animation/direction. Industry insight is their strongest point like when they write about young animatora struggle, why marchen madchen episode 9 has sakuga houkai, or tableround interviews. But honestly it's not enough, there are more than that.
Ben blog is good. Read sakugawiki too. Also if you can speak japanese, it's much better to talk with jp sakubuta.

ありがたいことに頂きました。
原画としても作監としても描いたのは人物キャラはわずかで、ほぼメカ（？）ばかりでした。なんで私が？と思いつつも、描いてみるとこれが楽しく、自分でも意外な発見でした。
相変わらず盛りだくさんでまだまだ見切れていないが、本田師匠の修正が相変わらず気持ち良い。

That's why you don't need to associate yourself with zettaiabsolute crew or foreign animators. Just look at the wave of new webgen, the frontline leaders like Onsen, China, Soty, have good grasp of realism and more fond of nichijou shibai than the previous gen (Yoshihara's crew, Enokido, Sakazume, etc).

Analog then switched to webgen, had experienced douga training:
Kurita, Kugai, Fujisawa, Fujii, Desuran, Oda, Fugo, basically this Second wave of webgen (?):
Yoshihara, majiro, enokido, sakazume -> sometimes inspired by Yuta (?) and Tanaka (?)
Crazy fast action, impact frames, shakky cam, sometimes abandoning law of physics for the sake of choreo action.
2.5 wave webgen (?):
Miso, sada toshi, Kawano, keiichiro watanabe (?) -> cool action, but different from Enokido and Sakazume, more inspired by Yama than Yuta.
Third wave of webgen (?):
China, Soty, Nishii (?), Noriyuki, Sugita shuu ?? -> Fugo followers (?)
Master of nichijou shibai, cute girls doing cute things
3.5th gen (?):
New Yoshihara followers, Kawakami, Isuta
Foreign webgen:
From various place, S. korea, China, SEA, Europe, North America -> heavily influenced by Yuta, also Enokido, Sakazume, etc.
Stickman drawings, incomplete animation, fast paced action, not finished layouts. More obsessed with cool action.
Bahi:
The only foreign webgen guy that managed to get into Karisuma's circle. Ohira, Okiura, Utsunomiya.
