Lagoon is its own thing, and fucking impossible to control when not on the rollercoaster parts of the track.

I mean, Valley is also dirt, but it's predictable to some extent.
In Lagoon you can get good on the rollercoaster pretty fast, but wooden loops, tarmac with bumps and sand are just a nightmare.
It took me about a hour just to be able to get this trackmaster without crashing at every corner. I'm not sure I'm gonna be able to unlock the 'super mode' that Turbo introduced.
