I can't really pinpoint their respective animu tropes just by looking at the cover, I guess that means it has potential.

We only see him from the side on the cover and his face was completely covered on those DLC costume pictures.

MC: Blank slate but has a lot of optional aggressive answers, similar to P3MC's apathetic and Brotag's quirky responses
Ryuji: Brat who encourages you to do reckless things but at one point in the game will go overboard and fuck everything up. Fanbase hates him.
Ann: Probably has a parent who's an antagonist in some form. Rebels against them constantly. Acts very touchy feely with other characters so everyone sees her as a slut.
Morgana: Is actually the spirit of the protagonists' dead cat or the final boss or possibly both
Yusuke: Super artistic type who's autistic as fuck about the real world and ends up getting a lot of fans because his awkwardness is adorable. P5's Kanji.
Futaba: Meme girl who gets a lot of porn, her role in the story is basically the usual shut-in shit where the protags have to drag her out of her shell. Gets a terrible dub VA.
Biker girl: Prim and proper girl who wants to be hardcore. If you don't date her she'll turn into a lesbian. Has a lot of "I hate men but you're pretty cool protagonist" dialogue. Tumblr loves her and calls her trans.
Adieu: Super duper shy and meek in real life, pretends to be a cool heroic type to live out her fantasies. Will ultimately be seen as P5's best girl.

Anyone else feel that shitpost-chan doesn't fit the aesthetic? She feels out of place, both in anime, in-game, and on the cover.

She doesn't fit the fujo archetype that much but I don't mind to be honest. The characters don't stand out as stereotypes on the cover, and it think that's a good thing. The only ones who stands out are Ryuji and Morgana
