depends how lucky you are with him not teleport spamming all the time in the fight
I find his normal attacks easier to dodge than a lot of other bosses like Dancer or Pontiff or Gundyr and he doesn't really have crazy multi-hit combos either, but his teleport attacks can completely fuck you over, especially if he teleports behind you and hit you before you can even rotate your camera and see what's happening
