I want to make a note here about the IGN Review.... First and foremost the guy who reviewed this reviews strategy games... He does not give reviews of 4X games and that comes across very well if you read his review. You can tell he got really frustrated with a number of things for all the wrong reasons and even had the courage to state that Paradox/Stellaris has Weak Diplomacy..... It's also funny that moderator's in the chat keep saying he does know what he is talking about because he has reviewed Crusader Kings....... Which is not a 4x game.... So there is that.
