Richter did literally nothing wrong
Richter did literally nothing wrong
There is plenty wrong with killing hundreds of people you faggot
>girlgreind
no
Yeah see OP you're a retard but I'm happy you made a Hotline thread
...
i just finished this for the first time a couple of days ago
why is gotta get a grip a meemee
It was completely unexpected and the level itself was fucking weird
> howtotriggerslashv.jpg
Just bought it in the sale and played it from start to finish. Mostly enjoyed it, even though the levels were a bit more annoying I still appreciated the variety. But that fucking ending came out of nowhere.
It felt like they put a lot more thought into the plot this time, but then they couldn't figure out how to resolve everything and just decided FUCK IT, NUKE EM ALL.
Russians aren't people user
Even though it was lazy, it still gave me the feels when I got back to the main menu.
> untitled.mp3 plays
> realize that's not a storm in the back
memes aside, Manny was the most despicable character in the series
>they couldn't figure out how to resolve everything and just decided FUCK IT, NUKE EM ALL.
I dunno. Every character dying kind of felt pretty logical to me.
Maybe not via nuke, but nonetheless.
...
the helmet...
He was pressured into it.
Like saying people in the army are bad because they're sometimes forced to kill people.
>still no level editor
nice game Dennacucks
He did, but he had no choice. He just had a huge "kill or be killed" and he picked "kill".
opt into the beta.
>is handsome
>is a brilliant detective
>is the arch-enemy of the (also pretty handsome) serial killer The Miami Mutilator (identity unknown)
What more could you want?
fewer memes
>promised release features are still in beta 14 months later
nice game Dennacucks

What was the deal with Martin anyway? Was he actually just an actor?
I thought he was a real murderer but he thought it was all a movie because he was insane.
>Henchman or Richter, having done anything wrong
I'd also move the Son to slightly less than bad because he's a nice guy
>Son to slightly less than bad because he's a nice guy
I dunno. He still murders people and robs banks.
It's kind of ambiguous
Kind of weird that he's the only character without timestamps.
which one of you faggots did this?
So how about that Steam Workshop? Any levels in particular you guys are enjoying?
LIES
oh wait shit nevermind
you have to join this group
steamcommunity.com
Yep. Spent the last two hours playing random people's levels. They're all actually pretty solid so far, although I've experienced a couple of crashes.
this levels looks pretty good
steamcommunity.com
have you played it?
Well him or Jacket are the worst. What is better to kill for petty reasons or to kill out of apathy? Also I am still not sure if Manny commited actual any murders of any kind.
You got em'
>Also I am still not sure if Manny commited actual any murders of any kind.
he was moonlighting as the mutilator, user
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Jacket join 50 Blessings because he wanted to avenge Beard after he got nuked by the Russians? I don't think that's what you would call apathy.
...
The game kind of raised a stink about Jacket being with killing russians while not wanting to pursue the greater threat of 50 blessings or something.
I suppose that's what other user means by apathy.
>Corey lewds
That's alright but I wanna see some rule 63 Biker
>score count music in HM was "Miami"
>score count music in HM2 is "Dust"
>Miami became Dust
recommend some levels, family guy
>rule 63 Biker
that exists?
...
No, but it should.
Richter best character, best levels. HM3 should be exclusively about Richter.
that's kind of gay, user
No, don't worry, turns out it does exist.
Still looks like a guy though.
I just played it and loved it, fantastic level, a whole lot of fun.
okay, but every level is as difficult as his hard mode levels
...
are spics really people tho?
Richter didn't do nothing wrong he was just trying to help out his mom.
Son is bad tier since he just kills people for no reason, he doesn't even really give a shit about his father's death
I haven't really been keeping track of the levels I've been playing, I've just been subscribing to all the levels posted on the workshop and playing through them.
Enforce, Vaccine, Cheese, Banshee, Hazard, Massacre, Leftovers, and Snitch are all levels I've played and enjoyed thus far.
Enforce is probably my favorite out of all the ones I've played.
Sure but we don't actually know if he simply envisioned himselve doing this stuff or if he actually did it.
In HM1 I though Jacket was simply uncaring and didn't had much else to live for so he joined up
HM2 gave him a clearer motivation but I still consider the first one the main reason.
I assumed he only imagined the cameras, not the murders.
Richard probably wouldn't have gone off on him, had he only killed criminals.
Richad went off on all others and most of them "only" killed criminals. Yeah it is kind of ambigious on this with Martin beeing more or less a reversed Pardo.
...
Call me edgy but I kind of like the idea of being a vigilante similar to the FansI probably need therapy
i played the whole thing 6 months before the release, the had the whole nuke ending and hotline miami 3 title screen planned
>Richad went off on all others and most of them "only" killed criminals.
the "do" is the operative word.
Also, he's technically one of the few characters who should be going after criminals. Richard wouldn't be confused over just an overzealous cop.
But a cop who plays serial killer and the guy tracking him for what we assume is fame and adoration on both ends...
I made this one a long time ago
mediafire.com
Not sure if you want to try
Mark was only in it for his friends. He just wanted pizza and friendship
is there a way in the editor to exit a level on a different floor that you entered?
I didn't feel like Richard was discriminating against any type of killing. Killing is killing in his book. He also didn't seem to be interested in judgement, he made the people ask questions they really should be asking in their respective situations: in HM1 calmly and neutral and in HM2 confrontational.
>the "do" is the operative word.
Minor language barrier so I can't quite understand this one.
I just wanna do it because I hate myself and want to kill people who probably deserve it and don't really mind if I get killed in the processCould be fun
I thought he was just an actor that got so consumed by his role he started to think it was real. Possibly leading to him actually killing people.
But Breen actually dindu nuffin wrong besides keeping up his appearance to the ayyliens.
>Minor language barrier so I can't quite understand this one.
"You I don't get. Why is it you do the things you do?" is what Richard says to Manny in the English version.
What idea I am getting at is that Manny has to DO the things like kill normal people to confuse Richard.
Richard explicitly does not understand Manny's motivations, while fully understanding everyone else's.
Manny Pardo replaced the prop gun with a real one because he hated the Jacket case getting more attention than the Miami Mutilator, which Martin's movie was based on. Yes the shoot movies in Florida, they do it in Jacksonville all the time.
He did joined 50 blessings by his own while knowing what 50 blessings do right? It was kinda his fault from the start but I can see that he tries to stop and all that.
Or the murders never happened, Martin just imagined them
Or Martin's murders were part of the film and he imagined them real.
Or Martin himself was character in a film.
There's a few ways to interpret it.
>while knowing what 50 blessings do right?
It was just an anti-russian organization at face value. Most people who signed up didn't connect the phone calls with them.
Hotline Miami is Sup Forums if it was an indie game. Undertale is Reddit or Tumblr if it was an indie game.
>HM
>not PC but interesting messages
>vulgar and crudely-made
>interesting collaberative sound track
>does not hold your hand

>90% of it is stolen from another source
>the other 10% is internet memes or bad jokes
>gameplay isn't particularly difficult
>music is le silly indie 8bit music
>literally cannot lose because the game was made for women
Oh shit now I see it. Yeah I gues thats a pretty big hint at everything that Pardo did happen.
But HM2 narative tends to be so all over the place that you can't really be sure anyway.
Richter was randomly signing up for jobs.
He even says that they were initially just odd-jobs like spray painting logos, before the calls started telling him to go out and kill. Richter refused, too, but the calls got threatening.
will Sup Forums end in nukes?
They're using meme magic to elect Donald Trump, so probably.
...
>compare literally every game on the planet to Undertale meme
I'm so sick of your autism over that fucking game. Kill yourself.

pretty hot
I enjoy it.
pretty good, but would prefer Tony being there instead of the Son or whatever mobster that is

If I knew with 100% certainty where criminals and gangbangers hang out then I'd consider it a lot more than I am currently

Well yeah, that's actually a legit argument against military

Martin and the Pig Butcher aren't the same person. The Pig Butcher is actually a psicopath that thinks he's on the Midnight Animal movie. I think that makes more sense than Martin being an actor and being shot during the movie
