It's really good against a group of people, it's just an ultra great sword that sweeps all the time and lets you do 360 approaching spins or combo into a stationary spin.

Case in point, this is meme armour.

Has almost the same damage as other Curved Greatswords and gets stronger and heals you as you hit too. But the interesting part is that it stacks with the Pontiff rings, and works with offhand weapons.

My weapon of choice for invasions in Farron. Damage is good and with the hyper armour you can poise through the generic straight sword fags.

Yeah, who would use an armor that you get fairly early on, has balanced defensive stats and is relatively lightweight? I'm sure the fact that you can use it all game just fine has no bearing either.

Black Knight Glaive, Lucerne, and Spiked Mace are objectively and scientifically the best PvP weapons that exist in the videogame Dark Souls 3. No other weapons even compare.

lucern and glaive also have the godly running R1 for catching people that try to run away, one of the very few attacks in the game that can actually hit somebody who is sprinting directly away from you.

sure it's possible that you are better at the game than me and could pull it off, but it doesn't change the fact that the glaive is objectively and scientifically better. In fact, it's possible you could win a PvP fight using a broken dagger, but the Glaive is still better

Everyone single person I know personally who buys Souls games does so primarily for the single player content and I can guarantee you that if an official poll was made and the results published Play for PVE would win easily

Astora Greatsword is the best PVP weapon right now outside of the Dark Sword.

Dark Sword is the best PVE weapon, it's absolutely ass in PVP because of it's no range. If you're having trouble with it still, you're just bad.

Only time I have issues with it is when they are also using a greatshield.

Greatshields need a nerf more than dark swords

I've been hit many times by the Glaive tactic and everytime it only does half my health in damage (maybe slightly more), I get that with my UG.

Anyone with under 1.3k HP shouldn't be playing PVP

People aren't saying it's hard to deal with, quite the opposite. Parry fishers seem to usually have 0 skill outside of that one thing, so as soon as it fails to work, they get ruined. It just makes for really boring fights.

but it takes skill to parry estoc/ dark sword if they do this making it almost impossible to be parried
