An unopened original copy of the game has worth, but an HD re-release won't have near as much worth and doubtful to become some collector's piece especially considering it is even out digitally on a large variety of platforms.
And really, it is only a matter of time until everything is on 4K and they do another SuperHD remake. If that happens I wonder if it would make your copy even less valuable, since it would not be an original version, yet it isn't the latest and greatest either.
But then again, I'm sure it didn't cost too much to get it so it probably won't be hard to at least break so it is low risk.
