It's a pretty game with nice music, but the level design is dull, the game attempts to ease you into learning new moves slower than previous games, and it has motion gimmicks like the submarine that feel out of place.
This shit is surprisingly good for what it is. Left me wanting more, the gameplay was really good.
Almost all Nintendo IPs went to shit/disappeared with the 3DS/WiiU.

Mario hoops 3 on 3 is actually a great game and one of the better looking DS games
Gunpei Yokoi left Nintendo, and then died. Then his whole team got broken up, which basically means there's no team at Nintendo dedicated to Wario Land games.
Meanwhile, Ware is handled solely by IS, who A: are pretty much perpetually busy with a multitude of other projects, and B: have become increasingly more and more incompetent as the years go by.
Don't forget about the most recent Nintendo IP that will probably never come back again

Literally just equipping stuff you buy or earn. Nothing complex about it. It is a bit pointless for multiplayer though because Miis right between non-star and star charcters in terms of their stats though.

The multiplayer was great and had a lot of options for online play. Nintendo should have learned from this game for all their other online games especially Sm4sh.
