rex because the special probably allows him to paralyze and poison targets / go invisible
bumpsy because he'd be good at kiting things into environmental hazards while absorbing damage and that much speed + mass would do insane knockback to other shrimps

OSJ is really only good against slower attackers like Brunt or Z.I.P. And anyone with decent special just fucks him sideways.
Randal may take hits like a mother fucker, but he is too slow to actually take the hits of anyone else. Smart players just kite him pick off the the rest. Which would be easy considering either can't dodge and dies instantly and OSJ literally dies instantly.

I am, Randal is a kitable damage sponge no matter how you look at it. I will admit Z.I.P. makes a nice combo with him since he is not slow enough to leave him in his dust without compromising yourself but he is also fast enough to help flank the enemies in. But expecting Ether Rex or Johny not to get killed is out of your mind. In competitive play a guy running Zippy Smalls would be fast enough to get around the enemy to kill the Rex and Johny will die to any attack at all. And the Grand Guard's shield can negate Johny entirely, well the Grand Guard gets a free kill well trading blows.
