Boss can heal

>boss can heal

are we having fun yet

>Regeneration
>Vampiric
>Rage aura
>Crit resist
>Range resist
>Pull
>Stun
How the fuck do you solo Blyad the Inhaler in Victor Vran?

>boss can heal
>You and your squad are so powerful and badass he cant keep up.with the damage your dealing

>boss turns you undead
>heals you to death
why not just do damage in the first place, fuck JRPGs

>boss heals by eating

>boss only heals when you do

>boss heals up to 100% health if you go 5 seconds without attacking

Because now you can't heal yourself.

>Boss poisons themselves and your party
>uses a move that double double damage against poisoned enemies knowing it hurts itself too

Half the bosses in this fucking game can heal.

>get to flower boss on yunica nightmare
>quit forever

Velagunder stands out as "that boss that heals" to me because it can heal to like 40% hp an infinite number of time

He's really easy though.

>THEY'RE SELLING CHOCOLATES
>WHAT? WHAT ARE THEY SELLING?
>CHOCOLATES
>CHOCOLATES?
>YEAH
>WHAT?

>boss heals himself by stealing the party's HP
>ability continues until the party is below a certain percentage

I had some trouble with him on nightmare for a while. struggled to kill all the slug things in time before he healed. I think I had accidentally fucked up and missed an ore around that time though so that didn't help

You don't need to kill all the things, just a few so that your damage outpaces his healing

>boss has the ability to teleport your head off of your body

I think the solution to most problems is to boost more.

iirc even if you land a fatal blow and there's any slugs out, he eats them. It's been a while though

Why would you be attacking him while those things are out? It's not like that's his only phase

>Boss can cancel your buffs and heal his debuffs

Fucking disruptive waves.

did you play on nightmare? like the first thing he does after eating them is spit out more of them

>Boss duplicates himself

It's been years, but probably
I only played Toal on nightmare

I need to play it on nightmare with toal and hugo, but I need to take a sanity break for a while. Deciding to play all the ys games on nightmare, most of them for my first playthrough, was a mistake

You should definitely do Hugo, it's not a big deal
Admittedly I only played him one difficulty level blow nightmare (hard? I don't remember) but he's really, really easy
You know how most bosses have a weakness to one of your three magics and you mostly try to use that? Hugo basically says fuck that because his default attack is rnaged and his wind magic is a shield, which basically breaks the entire gameplay of an Ys game

>boss can summon players
>those players can heal the boss

one of my friends complained about hugo and compared it to a twin stick shooter with one stick, so that also made me not want to do it for a while. I've since learned that friend is shit at video games though so I should probably take his opinions with a huge grain of salt. I'm going to do it eventually, I just needed a little ys break

It's a lot easier with toal because godspeed is OP and toal just does more damage. He is still easy on yunica nightmare. With godspeed you can attack nonstop and boost through his vortex.
Also I remember using boost to clear the final wave of slugs.

Velagunder with Toal is actually really easy. Abusing his jump attack can let you ignore the slugs almost completely. That being said, I hate most of the bosses in Origin.

when are we playing armello dude

mirror knight from dark souls 2?

>boss can orgasm and use a semen attack

>boss can heal

>tfw my entire achievement showcase is from Felghana and one from Valdis Story

>boss can steal
