It's 1080p 30 FPS on both PS3 and PS4.
PS4 version however also has 4x MSAA (PS3 has no AA) and ability to switch between original and remixed music. PS3 had only remixed music.

PC has all of those and AA goes up to 16x from what I heard.

Didn't they locked the animations and music of the game to the FPS so if it was 60 fps the game would run x2 faster?

Animations are tied to framerate same as with Type-0 HD so it's not gonna happen.

the recommended specs are toaster tier, so you should be fine. most of these were already optimized when they were first put on current gen since current gen is x86.

most of the time its audio. and the game doesnt have a ton of FMV, so i cant imagine that would be it, but i suppose it could contribute.

The games don't share assets despite X-2 being cut and paste. They both have uncompressed high resolution textures from the PS4 version, which take up a shitload of space. There's also around 30 mins of 1080p pre-rendered cutscenes per game. Not to mention that the game comes with both full Japanese and English audio.
