TES6 will be unveiled the same year it will be released, and that will be no earlier than holidays 2017.

I don't think they're gonna pull a Fallout 4 again. It kinda worked but it didn't bring much.

Arguably, Skyrim's 1 year hype machine was way more successful and I can see them throwing just a name at E3 and watching the flames light up.

Info about mod support for console versions of Fallout 4 plus DLC info is a given.

They will try to downplay the fact mods on consoles will go through some absurdly strict audits to avoid breaking rating, and will not make the game look or play even close to what will be possible on PC.

I really wonder if Fallout 4 will affect negatively hype for their future game. People got over Fallout 4 REAL fast and didn't receive it nearly as well like they did Skyrim.

F4 showed that even them have some limits. They went too far simplifying the game and tons of people started to open their eyes. It didn't even touch a 9 metacritic score.

Prey 2 has been rebooted (again) and will be shown.
evil within 2 is too early but will happen in the near future (sold pretty damn well)
New wolfenstein was leaked by voice actor who portrayed anna.
There will be a port of skyrim with all the dlc for xbone and ps4 also mod support just like fo4.
Maybe this time the game won't crash when you enter water.

I can't remember who said this but i think it was someone at bethesda who said fallout 4 started as Skyrim remaster

Biggest and loudest complaints were about the voiced protagonist, even the most casual or normies hated that. I think it's safe to say they won't bother with it in the future.

I suspect the scores will rise when all the DLC hits and the high res patch, Legendary Edition 2.0.

The fact that tew was a multi console gen release and still had a godawful letterboxing on next gen means it must have been really shoddily programmed.

Scores aside it was hella succesful though. And if not for CDprojekt stealing the show it would have been the premier GOTY title again. And I think the biggest mistake they made with it is no mods tool on or close to release, could have some potential to be the next minecraft on top of the standard fair.

Also I find it funny that people who claimed F3 to be the best game of all time would hate this, since its basically F3 but with less shit dialogue/annoying characters and better gameplay

They were trying to make the leap to the new console generation and they did that with Fallout 4. I expect a hell of an improvement tech wise for TES6 compared to Skyrim. Well, as much as it's possible for them to still tweak Gamebryo to hell and back.

They used Skyrim as F4's foundation, just like they used Oblivion for F3. They reused a lot of assets and functionality and shit.

Bethesda has been improving after Fallout 4 release. They are more and more listening to the player feedback. Survival mode was one of the best thing they did for Fallout 4.

I have hopes for TESVI but we'll see.

No they haven't. Survival mode doesn't fix the terrible writing, lack of depth, lack of good quests, and all the other design choices that they tried to pass off as great but did nothing for the game as a quality product.
