I mean he's not the best compared to the others (though I'd rate him higher than Yangus in late game) but he can still pull out some solid damage. Plus he's your backup healer and his Agility goes off the roof if you invest in Fisticuffs, like to the point where you can dodge fucking everything and spam an attack that heals you equal to the damage dealt. Pretty broken stuff.

Shiggyane was only useless in vanila P4. In Golden ATLUS overcompensated too much and made her broken as fuck.
