The Wii U is their biggest hardware failure since the Virtual Boy, they'd be stupid to keep it around as long as possible. They haven't said fuck all about the NX because they know they need to not fuck it up.

But the state of mobile gaming and its casual audience is purely invoked by Apple and the polularity of the iPhone and the dumbed-down learning curve of its OS, which made the audience expect easy games with easy access.
