But the weapons all had much bigger movesets, and were far more unique.
Also, DS3 has more weapons, but it's more the weapon types that are different from each other.

Every straight sword is pretty much identical, every spear is pretty much identical (besides weapon arts of course). The completely unique weapons are just a few boss weapons.

But there are still probably more movesets in dark souls 3, although they're not as complex.

Bloodborne's biggest weapon problem was the fact that you had very little choice in the beginning, something they fixed in DS3.
