Elena wasn't in Vanilla or Super, and Ken was shit in Vanilla. Vanilla was Sagat/Ryu/Rufus/Balrog. Super had pretty much every charge character facerolling. Rufus was toned down over time but consistently strong throughout 4 and was easily one of the strongest newcomers.
