I honestly don't get why they've put the photo mode in the trailer and then made most of the photos look unnatural as shit. There are like 2 or 3 good ones, everything else looks like a bad photoshop

How hard would it honestly be to render photos properly? Like, if in game there is some low res tree texture, when you render the photo add some actual hi res tree models. It's pure laziness. GT is fucking horrid.

I love my PS4 and I know this is a cherry pick shitpost but even I will admit I was a dissapointed when I first saw the trailer. If an xbox1 can achieve 60fps on it's hardware and have way more foliage, effects and dynamic things happening in Forza then the PS4 can do better or match it, the footage shown was too rough, they must improve.

I really want to know if this is just a VR oriented game or actually GR7 and weather or not that game is still coming. Wiki says CR Sports has nothing to do with the mainline game though so we'll see.

Apparently the game is only 50% complete too, they'll have to release new footage and have it looking up to scratch to gain my confidence back because at the moment I'm not particularly impressed.

If this is a filler game then it's redeemable to an extent but still, I really hope they have GR7 tucked away in development and will release the big guns eventually.

This is 100% it. Japanese companies do not understand software, and treat developers (this specific breed is called "SE") like cheap labour. Their university + salaried-for-life culture results in people graduating with a liberal arts degree being put into a dev team as a developer, and they get training as they go along. This kind of bullshit turns out bullshit devs.

The only thing I hate about Forza 6 is that there are no Japanese tracks. I don't even care about shit like Tsukuba or Motegi. I want city tracks like Route 246 and that Tokyo night time highway track from GT5.

Gran Turismo has been shit since 3. Sony dumps money into Polyphony Digital and in return get a mediocre game so they can shill the brand with their advertising shit, like that GT driving school and other bullshit.

The games themselves are generic as fuck. They call themselves simulators, yet the AI driving hasn't improved in years.
