Apart from ghosts and AW each and every call of duty game was solid. I'm having a blast w blops3 too. It's pretty much titanfall without titans and actual content.

The only arguably bad game Treyarch made was COD3, and that one was both rushed and mostly compiled of COD2 assets, making it a rehash before the series blatantly rehashed itself from MW2 onward.

COD should have gone world war 2 and BF should have gone future but noo

Black Ops 3 is terrible in every way, and Treyarch's multiplayer has been bland since Black Ops 1.

2 things.
1. Most of the dislikes were shilled by EA to create a story. Video likes / dislikes are very cheap to buy
2. Treyarch is recognized as the best of the 3 devs, and BO3 was recognized as the best COD since BO2, so if anything some people are not excited for another IW game after their last 2 sucked ass.

lol, Black Ops 3 ruined what was good about Advanced Warfare's movement. And did the same to Titanfall's movement while it was at it. And features the worst map design in any CoD, gimping what little the jetpacks and wallrun offer even further with funneled routes and invisible walls.

Very near, games are often set a few years in the future and you wouldn't call them futuristic. MW was set in the near future wasn't it, but nobody would say it was futuristic.

AW's movement killed laning, choke points, flanking, and map awareness. That's why it was so disliked and so quickly abandoned. Even BO2 on consoles had more players than AW mid way in AW's life span, which is unprecedented for a COD game.

I played on PC and it was complete ass. The map design is the worst in the series, even worse than ghosts because the exo suit just let you hop over everything. Lanes didn't exist. Flanking didn't exist. IT was just a run and gun fest with dash spam.
Not to even mention the lack of dedicated servers gave it the worst netcode in the series on PC.

It was the only Call of Duty game since MW1 that actually broke the mold. And it's easily the best with regards to multiplayer. With the jetpacks and actual bunny hopping there were more ways to approach, and you could maneuver through obstacles at breakneck speed if you knew anything about VQ3 bhop, but you could not jump over everything. Are you sure you played for more than five minutes? Or was TDM the only mode you played?

The grappling hook enabled modes were even better, they should make it a standard feature in their next game.

That doesn't change the fact they had a shitty choice in audio in the first place.

Seriously, judging this extremely early based on trailer is just going to embarass the fuck out of them. The day the releases come and Cod ends up being better than BF1 will be the day I laugh my ass off.

No, it's easily the worst in terms of multiplayer because all the maps were ass due to the exo suit.
It because a spam fest with laggy as shit multiplayer due to the p2p servers.
BO3 actually broke the mold because the only way it helps bad players is via specialists, and even those still require some skill to use effectively.

AW's 3DM flopped and was received poorly by players on all platforms. Everyone moved back to BO2.
BO3's 3DM is a success and was received well. For this reason it's still the most played COD currently on all platforms (by March 2015 BO2 had more players on it than AW)

Even that Bullet song based on WW1 would have been a more appropriate choice and i don't even like Bullet. At least that actually mentions the horrors of war.

The inappropriate nature of the song choice makes it a worse trailer for me. The CoD trailer is just bad because of incompetence, while the BF1 trailer is bad because it's disrespectful, and that is much much worse in my book.
