Maybe you didn't watch it because every environment has a ton of details, the lighting and atmosphere is God tier and some of the best environments ever seen rendered in real time in an open world game, and even Uncharted 4 has shitty food crates worse than that despite being linear setpiece with baked everything.

If the top was rendered in 2014, I don't see why a maxed out PC version in 2017 or 2018 shouldn't look as good or close in real-time. The FFXV director even said he wanted to make the PC version a significant improvement and not just a simple port.
