When not in stress it's fans are not working and it's 32 degrees.

Every game works in 60fps at full HD ultra so it's fine for me.

I've been using this R9 card for ages and it works great, all of a sudden they start updating my drivers constantly and I'm getting weird screen flickering and graphical artifacts and each update seems to oscillate between fixing it and breaking it again. WHY?

C4 is polaris 11, right? 970+ performance for 50w is OK with me.

Artifacts usually mean your card is dying. Chances are the updates have nothing to do with it and one day your card is just going to burn out.

I may have misused artifact there, I mean more that I rarely get some flickering and other minor glitches. It's nothing consistent or obnoxious but it does seem to go away or come back depending on the driver version.
