ITT: games that are dead on arrival
>he expects people to recognise the mmo by the cash shop
To clarify, this is overwatch.
Overwatch fans will defend microtransactions in their AAA game.
It's the overwatch cash shop with activision's ceo in the background. I've never played it.
If you're going to first post you should probably know your shit.
Ain't gonna defend it, shit sucks ass that it has a cash shop.
Doesn't stop the game from being fun you turbocunts
everything is fun with friends dingus
>impatient retards get to waste their money on RNG items for cosmetics you can get super easily just by playing the game
So, uh, why is this supposed to upset me?
>If you're going to first post you should probably know your shit.
I can unlock everything in those loot boxes through playing the game, it's skins, icons, voice lines, poses and sprays.
I'm okay with this.
>optional COSMETIC items can be bought
>this is somehow a problem
Is EA not paying battleborne shills enough? This is just grasping at straws
lol
>DOA
Dead on arrival assumes the game won't be a success. It had nearly 10 million people playing the BETA and has about 200k people online watching people play it now.
So where's this immediate death you speak of?
We already had this discussion for TF2
Despite blatant jewry, its completely optional and if retards want to buy it, it doesn't influence my ability to win or lose.
>charging for content inside of a full priced game
why did you pay full price again?
If this was free2play as advertised nobody would bat an eyelash, but Blizzard's philosophy of double sided charging is ridiculous and should be criticized.
Bet you still pay $15 a month for your WoW sub only to have content withheld from you on the store.
New mount, not included in your monthly fee, just 25$!
>i-i-its optional though!
talk about grasping at straws, what a weak defense for shady business practices.
>taking money from impatient retards so they can earn meaningless cosmetics faster is bad
i thought kotick left a while ago
this, you people should have learned by now that there's nothing wrong
Isn't everything in the crates just cosmetic shit? At least that's what I got when I opened free ones I got during the beta.
It sold around 800,000 copies, it barley ever breaks even 1,000 players at any given time, and the player-base is on a decline. They added microtransactions + DLC to a $30-$40 game even though they said they wouldn't and Tripwire is constantly fucking shit up game play wise.
I haven't played it since this first few weeks it was out and I fucking hate that my dream of a good, updated KF game is dead. In my mind, there is no KF2.
>every streamer already spamming open lootboxes
blizz is probably swimming in currency tonight
I bought this on release, and it's probably the biggest reason I didn't buy OW.
I will still buy and hope for a sequel
