its called in honor to the original pac-man's 'level 256 glitch' when you get to that level the game simply becomes unplayable.

Pac Man World 2 had horrid physics, no shadow on Pac Man made the volcano levels a living hell, levels were beyond tedious half the time, and the boss battles were annoying.

I disagree. Not gonna say it's game of the year or anything but it was pretty fun, I liked his physics and unless I misunderstand you he does have a shadow actually. Also my issue with the boss battles were half of them were all pretty similar, you can cheese most of them though.
