Maybe the timeline where radical 6 isn't released is the one where sigma despises diana instead of falling in love with her. Either way I dont think I'm going to risk invalidating the whole point of VLR by killing off sigma early on.

oh yes, let's complain about the animation of a low budget handheld game that was almost never made to begin with.

It just really takes me out of the story. I'll play it, but I think if the game was low budget they should have used their budget more wisely on a much less distracting presentation

I'd rather have the game never be made, than to have a series I enjoy be diluted by garbage like that. The animation in that gif would take me less than 5 minutes to do. That's a pathetic effort. They should have given the job to animation students who are fans of the series. They would have done a far better job for far less money.

So the puzzles in VLR were like 10x harder than 999. Is this one going to up the difficulty even more?

Aksys is a small publisher, EA is a behemoth of floating cash. I won't be mad if signs of low budget show in ZTD, I would be mad to see games like Dead space 3 get half-arsed because they could obviously do better.

Absolutely. 999 puzzle rooms stopped trying halfway through. The only mildly challenging rooms in 999 were the escape rooms behind door 2
