It's a long time known animation bug where the character model ducks after a jump but you actually don't

ducker has high ping so his actions are reported later to the other players
the ak guy has low ping so his actions are more accurately reported to the other players

basically csgo has shit netcode and favor laggers more than anything for some reason

it all comes down to upload rate

if you have a connection with shit upload rate then your actions will not be accurately reported to other players, making it easier to get the drop on them

The RNG makes it more skill intensive, meaning to score highest chance of first round hit you have to aim straight in the middle of an hitbox, which is an much much more harder shot than knowing you'll hit everything with 100% accuracy where you aim at.
In addition knowing there's never an 100% chance you'll get that kill means you have to manouvre and plan ahead to make sure the chance of you making a successful attack is as high as possible as opposed to non RNG mechanics where you can always be absolutely certain that you will hit everything if your aim is perfect.

CS's small RNG deviation means you have to be far more prescise and have to plan ahead. Most complaints come from salty fuckers who are little children and think everyone but them is wrong.

yea you get the drop but your bullets hitting air is another thing

because of the net code and the fact that positions arent reported accurately the actual encounter comes down to positioning

if you encounter someone running forwards then you have a better chance of killing them since the server is reporting instances of them moving directly along your cone of fire

however if you encounter them moving sideways in relation to you then the server will report multiple instances of the player youre shooting at outside of your cone of fire, making it more likely youll miss, which is also most likely why some people will move side to side rapidly; they understand the above unconsciously and it works

really the best thing you can do is anticipate as many variables as possible and commit to actions that will result in the best outcome (like always keeping your crosshairs aiming at head level for an example)

This is absolutly not what is happening here.

The problem is very simple: after you jump you land, making your character's model crouch a little while your view remained unchanged, as if you landed and never crouched.

This is why the CT could see the T but the T could not see the CT until his crouche animation ended.

It has nothing to do with latency or tickrate or anything else. This has been a known issue on CSGO for ever.

i played css recently and my shots are so much more accurate to fault
i can actually use the ak burst to slap niggas down from a long as distance whereas in GO almost every shot will miss at any distance unless the guy im shooting at is standing still

The recoil on the ump is effectively up.
He sees he is aiming too far to the right, moves it left and over him then adjusts down thereby; circling him.
