Is there a mod that removes stupid limits like this? I know some technologies increase them, but it's still annoying

Was hyped for months. Pirated. Dropped within 2-3 days. Boring.
Soundtrack above average though.
Instead of playing the game to see if you can improve your capabilities through gameplay mechanics, you immediately resort to cheating.
Why not just give yourself 5000 minerals and power at the start of the game too, since limits are 'stupid'?
The current form of Stellaris is boring. You'll have to wait at least a few month for major overhauls of mechanics like diplomacy, events, and ship combat for it to become worth playing
