Lads, what actually went wrong though?

Combining bloodborne's soul retrieval system with infinitely spawning enemies was a bit infuriating.
Jaws of Death the only viable weapon, Splendor had the best recovery items but the shittiest looking sanctuary, stone roots had the comfiest sanctuary but the worst items.
Is the game really bad? Is there any replay value?
As far as metroidvania's go, it's mediocre.
Plays like a flash game.
I like it.
Covenants seemed basically all the same besides the one that gives you a magic boosting consumable.
It's really ugly.
Some obnoxious enemies like those hangmen
It's alright overall
>fucking retchfeeders
I think it's quite good actually. The tone is perfect and the systems are strong. The game really needs a map but other than that I had an excellent time.
And yeah there's lots of replay value if you like doing multiple runs with multiple classes/builds like Dark Souls.
