There are multiple 'numbers of the beast'. Relevations 13:8 I think says 666. But Papyrus 15 (or is it 5? I forget) says 616. There is also 665 somewhere.

tl;dr neither is right and the Bible is full of shitty contradictions and shit. It's the one thing Islam got right, was filling in the plot holes Christianity and Judaism had.
