So i saw that live action trailer and got interested in the story of deus ex. Should i start from the original Deus ex or jump to Human revolution?

In certain ways they play very differently. The newer game obviously have smoother gameplay as it relates to how technology helps, the older game is better in so far as more involved in specializing your character and more varied level design elements.

Plotwise you can play in either order- the plots of each don't overlap so strongly that playing one spoils the other. However, there are certain elements in Human Revolution as a prequel that will be tipped off to you if you are paying attention and played Deus Ex- for example, hearing a person's name during a news clip in the background on TV and recognizing the implications.

Starting from HR is perfectly fine and probably the better option as MD is a direct sequel to HR.

DE:HR is the first game which made me go for all the achievements. (missing one playthrough for pacifist and foxiest hound)

Why cut off perfectly healthy body parts if you don't need to? Augmentations should be reserved for those who need it. Extending your life with augmented organs makes more sense to me, although only the richest people would be able to afford it.
