alright bud what you have here is an enemy agent. you cant hit him with your armies all you can do is hire an agent of your own (banshee, necromancer,etc) and try to assassinate him

How the fuck do you start out with Warriors of chaos?

The dwarves to the north have doomstacks
Kislev has doomstacks
It's taking ages just to get warriors of chaos

I finished campaign on very high difficulty, what I did:
Turn 1-4: attack those 2 settlements next to you, awaken the tribe, invest skill points into campaign movement improvements and horde growth, recruit more infantry and dogs
Turn 5-20: go down to Kiev area, don't get too close to big stacks. If you get into fight, use dogs to kill ranged units and then attack infantry from behind.
Run towards the west, sacking unprotected settlements along the way
Turn 20-60:
You should have unlocked chaos warriors by around now. Go north again (from western Kislev side), go along the coast and sack everything, awaken tribes that you can.
At the end, you should have unlocked top tier units and have around 100k cash reserve, go back to starting area to continue quests.
Turn 60-70:
Recruit new army and send it to Kislev to raid (they probably can't beat any armies so avoid any). Your main army should complete all the quest battles to get overpowered items.
Turn 70+: you should now have 2 armies with good units, overpowered lord with all those quest items. Go down south, rape, pillage, spread corruption, and raze the Empire to the ground.
