I agree. Mercy's heal is great, so is her dps boost, but most of the time the situation requires you to heal up multiple teammates at once because the enemy won't pick just one and ignore the rest. I like playing both, but often with Mercy you can't handle healing up everyone because they're all over the place and flying around makes you quite vulnerable.
Lucio is able to heal everyone within his range just by standing around and pressing E and can defend himself or run away while Mercy has to be protected by someone because she'll get focused and killed. Be honest, when you play solo, do you protect your Mercy if there is one? I bet most of you don't. It's more of a chore than fun, no?

Koreans go for 2 tank, 2 dps, and 2 support meta with Reinhardt, Mercy, and Lucio picked the most regardless of attack or defense. McCree and Genji are usually picked for DPS while Pharah can be an alternate pick. The off-tank is usually Winston, but Zarya is picked often enough for it to be noticed.

D.Va's spread can be used as an advantage against Roadhog because he's huge, dealing massive dps. And if he hooks you, you hop out and he explodes.

The point is that Winston can be extremely mobile, and Junkrat's explosives are relatively slow and slow-firing. So winston can hop around him and zap him til he's toasty.

I feel like Zenyatta is almost perfectly balanced. I've won 1v1s as him vs. every character except Genji. His main problem is that he dies to a light breeze, but this is far less of a problem then you'd think it would be because the upper 66 percent of his health regenerates if you avoid combat for a small period of time.
