This.The only time you should ever pre-order something is if it's a physical releaseof a niche game. There are going t be millions of copies of XV out there, and the price will drop in weeks if you're willing to wait a bit. Why on earth would you commit $60 months ahead of time?

12 is probably not coming for a long time, i can almost guarentee its cause the FFXII HD isnt out yet and then theres probably an exclusive deal for a couple of years on consoles

Square's definition of major console development is putting billions in marketing so I wouldn't even sweat it even if XV failed financially. It'd likely just be a return to pre-7th gen form.
