To be fair, writing a story for 4 years or so, one chapter every week and with the editor and shit wanting to make changes, it shouldn't be that easy, hence why he dropped some sub-plot elements and whatnot.

Part 7 was overrated and had all the bad writing hallmarks of the other parts. Characters get introduced and never seen again, powers get introduced and never used again, entire plot points get retconned, characters completely change in appearance or demeanor with no explanation, and so on. It was good by JoJo standards, but don't pretend like those are high to begin with.
