Since Witcher 3 does not have a huge mod selection, there is not much reason to exclusively use PC for it. Therefore many people play it on PS4/Xbone

1. Skyrim sold 10 million units on Steam compared to 1,5 million Witcher 3 copies
2. GoG sales do not count on Steam so we dont know the numbers for the GoG sales
3. Skyrim offers a big modification base and was longer on sales compared to Witcher 3 who had his lowest price on 19,99
4. Most people playing it now are autistic neckbeards who play it with shitty mods

14% of 20 million is 2,800,000
these are bethesda's own figures when it crossed the 20 million sales mark. as of 2016, the game has sold 23 million copies so the numbers wouldn't be that different. much less than the magical 10 million steam sales.
