So I've only played Project New Vegas and I've been thinking about playing New Vegas again.

I think project nevada allows you to alter the % of ammo and item drops/found in cells, if you like that kind of hardcore setting too.

I don't like the Sole Survivor or the factions, or that Bethesda had to make an EVEN stronger power armor than the T-51b.

I played a female for the first time in FO4 the other day and was pretty surprised at how much better a VA the female was than the male VA.

Male VA sounds like a fucking clown and is overly emotional at times, but the female VA is pretty damn good.

I guess the voice acting limited many mods like quest, areas and shit. Also it seems fallout 4 doesnt have a strong support.

There's nothing to do outside of explore and find / build settlements.

The predefined character origins also makes it really fucking hard to RP anything at all because you searching for your kid constantly comes up everywhere you go.

Getting an alternate start mod would be neat, but also awkward because you could be an ex-raider but somehow lost a kid from a vault and is 200 years old.

Bethesda fucked the modders so fucking hard up the ass by making a voiced protagonist. All quest mods are going to feel half-assed and everything that the mods did, making Skyrim more roleplay-y, is just hard.

There are like, regular threads on Sup Forums about the "correct" choice. Because Obsidian went with morally ambigious factions we ended up with a very divided community. I, for one, side with the NCR but there are plenty that disagree.

You can't compare any faction Bethesda has made to any Obsidian made in New Vegas. They're not complicated at all and always have massive inconsistency issues.

This one just confused me. They could do anything with the children. Who thought it was a good idea to make any of them attack you on sight unprompted when they've got a clear interest in proselytizing. None of them are trying to convert people in Diamond city...they missed out on a chance to have a side faction that's hostile to raiders and potentially dangerous to peaceful people, so you've got the potential for complex resolutions with quests involving them.
