I'll give you the tamagotchi virtual life crap but the music and gameplay of the Project Mirai series is pretty top notch.
While I'm no fan of the chibi miku, this version is legitimately cool, since you have both touch and button controls and a ton of Miku songs.
(And honestly? Some of Miku's songs are catchy)

Tetris part is simple enough. Becomes muscle reflex over time. Grand Master is a great version to train on, as is classic gameboy tetris since you can't hold pieces so it forces you to learn to not rely on it.

Yeah I'm absolutely terrible at chains and shit, but I had a shitton of fun with Pokemon Puzzle League I even bought it on the eshop, and Puyo back in the day.

So I'm maybe like that retarded baby sister that just mashes all buttons but has the time of her life regarding puzzle gayms.

I'll give you a quick tip for chaining.

Ok. Grab Puyo Pop Fever, (puyo puyo tetris has the features but it's not exactly easy to get into since it's all in japanese), any version and just clear the puyos. It gives you a free setup. Look at that setup and take not on the pattern the puyos are arranged.
Then also try to counter and setup fever, just to practice (or get into fever mode).
Study how those massive chains are linked together and you'll understand how it's all setup. One falls next to three or two slide over to two, which then moves down the ones above it.
Once you get that then you can layer those puyos over each other.
Really to beat the AI you only need to be consistently chaining 3-4 puyo chains but rapidly.

I pretty much skipped all the story in KH3D. I found the dream eater idea neat though, and the bosses were fun. Moving around with flowmotion is also fun once you get the hang of it.

There is a good port of Cave Story, which is a borderline must-play.

You can get all of the Ace Attorney games, barring Apollo Justice and the Ace Attorney Investigation games, if that is your cup of tea.

If there are any GBA games you ever wanted to play, you can get them working on 3DS, though I am not sure stuff with gimmick cartridge stuff like Warioware Twisted or Boktai would work.

There is a partial english patch for the JP version of the 3DS rhythm heaven, which has been out forever.

Its worth noting that the game is mostly a 'greatest hits' sort of thing. Only a handful of new games, but a shitload of old games from all 3 of the previous games and a few remixes.

You can use carts just fine

Flashcarts are shit.

You need an SD card to put your shit on, and a way to plug it into your computer.

You are basically getting your 3DS to boot into CFW, where you can get .cia files for games, which are basically installers that will install the game on your SD card.

At this point, you can scan a QR code with FBI and have it install a game directly from Nintendo's eShop, and they can't detect shit.

You just need to make sure you haven't updated your 3DS to 11.0 and you have to make sure you are capable of following instructions. If those two conditions are met, getting your 3DS ready for piracy and shit is easy as fuck.

No, or more specifically, you won't need to worry about it at a certain point.

If your go the emuNAND/redNAND routes, once you are loaded up into your emuNAND, which is completely separate from your actual hardware, you can update.

Your emuNAND can be on the newest firmware and can work online and everything.


If you with arm9loaderhax, which is a bit more involved, you forego an emuNAND and just load into your sysNAND with the CFW, where you can also update and go online.

You only really need to downgrade to get everything set up, once you are done, you can update all you want. (But only on emuNAND, if you aren't using a9lh)

I think at this point, doing emuNAND stuff (which is what I did, since that was all we had when this was all just coming out) is a bit out of date and arm9loaderhax is generally considered better.

Coincidentally, Steps 1-3 are basically just setting up an emuNAND, so if you just want to do that, you can do that and not have to bother with a 2nd downgrade.

And just as a word of caution: BACK SHIT UP ANY TIME YOU DO ANYTHING THAT YOU THINK MIGHT POSSIBLY BRICK

So long as you don't fuck up your sysNAND, a backup can be a godsend.
