This wasn't my first one, but the last one I remember playing

Now this was a goat game.

Ghost n goblins

First game i remember playing is Golden axe on the megadrive.

Don't remember the fist one I played, but the first one I owned was Test Drive 4.

Also Sonic on megadrive.

...

...

...

>The elf's head gets stuck
>The deer
This game was brutal.

Maybe 102 Dalmatians on a pink GBC in a friend's house

...

...

Sat on my brothers lap and he taught me the ways of spaceship war/economy

Some kind of Pac-Man clone on my dad's laptop
it had windows 3.1 on it

First game I finished too.

I only had an old NES until I got Halo with an Xbox in 2001, I remember we rented this game a lot.

You have to be 18 to post here.

Killer Instinct on SNES

Super Mario 3 on NES is the first I remember.
But I've been told I played other games before that.

Super Mario World Master Race reporting

are you fucking kidding me?

I'm young but this is underage for a first game

Shit was rad as fuck.

Not sure what was first. This one I had fond memories of though.

...

...

It was either Duck Hunt or Crash Racing.
This was in 1998.

>ULTRA!!! ULTRA Ultra ultra

forever etched in my mind

first game i Finished to.

>used to ask my parrents for video games
>not exactly a rich family and games used to be stupid expensive in my country
>one christmas get gba micro and this
Damn, bring backs memories.

...

Yea but this is the first i remember playing tho

Pokemon Blue GBC

Fuck you, I was in the middle of typing that.

...

...

Still one of my favorite games to go back and play every once and a while. For a NES game it holds up really well.

Sonic 2

still rad

...

...

This one.

I also have a faint memory of two other DOS games that came in floppy disks, one let you ride a train around, the other one involved a magic castle, but that's literally all I remember from them.
They were probably just forgettable generic edutainment crap anyway.

Either some MS-DOS game ( Prince of Persia, supaplex etc) or Tetris with some shitty portable gameboy

They had it set up in a toy store. I thought in order to jump you had to pull the 3D stick up and I ended up pulling the stick out of the controller. Got out of there before anyone noticed.

Released in 2003, 13 years ago.
If OP played it when he was 5, then he's good.
Time flies.

That's so innocent. What was the first GOOD game you remember getting your hands on? I'm curious

this one (kirby)

...

...

Pac-Man.

who else /over30 here/

It might not be the first one I played, but I remember it because it's the first one i owned

Jesus, this place is more underage than reddit

Lot of pedobait on this thread.

I thought it fucking sucked and didn't touch video games again for a year.

Mine was animal crossing, in 2001

I remember we got this in a pack with like 10 other games for my dads mac, me and my sister rarely made it past the water level.

It's not as bad as I would've imagined actually. I was expecting more six gen games.

My dad said I managed to finish the game near 100% and I was like, fucking 4. I forgot all about it tho and I've been meaning to replay this game for a while

I had my first boner playing this.My memory of that particular event is so vivid it's almost scary.

i still want remake/remastered steam port in hd and shit

...

Doom freemium or lightcycles

I don't know
It was some dos side scrollin kind of game, with an overworld map that had an ocean to the left
If I saw it again I'd probably recognise it

The first memory is thinking this game was garbage.

This or Rush n' Attack. The arcade. At the grocery store. Pretending to play during the attract demo.

...

...

the original Mario game, I'm kinda glad since its a great place to start from

...

>talking shit about Scooter's Magic Castle
i'll fukkin rek u m8

First game I played was Super Mario Bros. in 1999.

First game I owned was Cruisin' USA for N64 in 1999.

I was 4.

>Video computer system game program
I wish games called themselves that nowadays.

...

Probably river raid or missile command on Atari or something

Or some floppy disk games like balloon challenge

Holy shit this game was awesome

Pokemon yellow on the gbc

>tho
Clearly underage. Stop spelling like you're on twitter.

Contra.

This fucking shit.

I don't know why, though, I'm sure I played a lot of SNES when I was younger but this feels like it was my first one for some reason.

...

On a laptop my dad got for work, which was massive news for the family at the time.

Especially since his job didn't require a goddamn laptop so no one had any idea why he'd been given one.

My friends were amazed by my tactic of using bananas to make a tunnel through the buildings and hit them directly while they all fumbled around trying to play it properly

pretty sure it was doom2

That game came out in 2003 so you must be like 16 fucking years old? Get the fuck off this board you underage cunt

This is probably mine

...

OH SHIT.

I remember my retarded kid brain couldn't get past the underground level, which I think is the 2nd level of the game.

Super Mario Bros 3 on the NES
I was born in 1993

for n64

...

+1 to Sonic but the first game I played on Game Boy was Super Mario Bros. Actually I might have played Tetris on a friend's Game Boy before that but when I got mine, it came with Mario

Played it when i was 5 in 2003.

Remembering racing and crashing a lot just to see how much the car would get wrecked.
Fun times.

...

Tie between this for SNES or some real crappy motorcross game for my first PC

...

The first console i got was a pirate NES it had a lot of games and the first game i played on it was Super Mario Bros. it also has a bootleg Mario Bros. with the teletubbies insead of mario and luigi

...

Right here fampai.

kill me

I was spending a summer at my grandmother's place, and some of my older cousins had gotten a NES(real rarity over here at the time) and brought it with them.
This piece of shit was my first experience with videogames. Thankfully they also had Bubble Bobble and Super Mario Bros with them.

>+1

oh boy
