it should be in defensive and it should be either high or top tier. If you're playing a melee character, hell, if you're playing any character and you're not the host, fire shield is the best way to permanently remove lagbirds and lagbugs from teleporting around and instagibbing you since they die instantly.

Doesn't matter. Its purpose is dealing damage, so it goes in the section with all of the other damage dealing items.

If you're having serious trouble with birds and bugs on the first loop, you're pretty bad. If you're having trouble with them on later loops, you should have hit 8 clovers long ago.

I got back into game recently, only to see my progression was gone. And I'm terrible with commando. Thankfully bandit wasn't too far off, and found Acrid early. Now I just have to grind the monster logs, get back most artefacts, finish the game several times, and git gud

Reminded me of when I was really into RoR back in like summer 2014, I have a hobby of writing idea guy vidya stuff and took some heavy inspiration from RoR. It was basically RoR: Demons edition, as far as concept goes. It's not fully fleshed out, mostly just character abilities and artifacts (skulls), and nothing ever came of it as it was just something fun to be creative with. Could be the basis for a cool mod if RoR were ever mod-compatible.

The sigils are all from pic related, which is what the demons are all based from. Don't know demonic lore enough to know what religious background these are from.
I don't know what the legitimate background to Marchosias was, but in my mind he was basically like a slave demon (bound to aid) that was forced to... Well, aid.

Didn't have him written out, but here's a quick write up of the general idea behind the demons that I didn't get around to:
>Naberius; planned to be a quick melee character, not much else was thought up
>Ozgin; Melee and enemy debuffs, focused on splitting up enemies and dealing large damage to single targets or making enemies go mad; super would make all enemies go mad, and would attack each other randomly
>Rauym; POISON FOR THE POISON GODS, kind of like Acrid
>Aciel; Sniper 2.0, most abilities would focus on countering some of the bosses or dealing massive damage to bosses
>Abyss; RNG, the class. Could deal low damage or super high damage, abilities that buff/debuff could either super buff you, debuff you, etc. Final ability (not super) was planned to randomly choose the fourth ability from other demons. Super was gonna be all about RNG and random stuff happening. CHAOS

Personally I would prefer Ozgin to be the mad one, going really fast and damaging enemies at expense of his own health or something

Oh yeah, I think that was one of the abilities for Abyss, where it was basically "are you gonna hurt enemies or hurt yourself.
Abyss was kind of a joke character from the start.
Ozgin is a defender/brute/manipulator class though, so his abilities would focus more on protecting himself/allies by debuffing enemies and such. He'd have a good single-target attack, but I think he'd be split 2/2 for actual attacks and debuffs.

Just had a random thought. If RoR2 were released with a server browser, it could also end up killing the Sup Forumsror community since people can now just browse servers instead of making threads.
Now that I think about it... maybe not having a server browser was actually a blessing in disguise for us.
It'd definitely kill these kind of threads and any form of close-nit-ness, so maybe it's good in a way.

Each charge would take 2.5 seconds during which you can not attack. 1 charge would increase damage and have 3 dashes, 2 charges would slow and stun enemies hit but with 2 dashes, and 3 charges would release electric blasts that bounce between enemies and cause every attack the Mercenary does for 5 seconds to also release electricity, only one dash as well.s
