DS 1and even 2 to a lesser extent were decent action horror games (emphasis on action). I liked Kendra's tits. I preferred the more ambiguous story of the first game where it seemed like some cosmic force wanted you to out the marker back

Uncharted 2's opening train sequence. Everything about it was great. We get a bait and switch. First we're led to believe that he's just been shot in the abdomen then the camera moves and Nathan Drake is in a train dangling from a cliff. You spend the next half of the game working your way back to the opening. It was great.
