Microsoft and/or 343i already made mad bank on MCC, so they don't give much of a shit about it.

Except, you know, the matchmaking DOES work now.

The only problem I have is they never raised the maximum player limit in Halo:CE matchmaking back to 4v4.

I'm just mad that 343i mishandled MCC, and now nobody I know bothers to play it anymore. It's effectively dead for me now.

Like others have said it has been working for a long time now. Matchmaking was fixed and they even fixed the fucking surround sound front and rear channels being swapped in halo 3 (don't know how something like that even happened in the first place, fucking retarded).

But it was too late, the damage was done and people rightfully moved on. I bought that game day one and was one of the people who was able to play 1 single game within a 48 hour window of the game launching.

I stuck through it though like an idiot, thinking it would be fixed quickly. Wasn't until like a fucking year later when the matchmaking actually began to be okay.

Once halo 5 came out the population dropped even more and now its becoming difficult to find good games. You still get matched pretty quickly but when I played h3 last I kept getting crazy level differences and kept getting my fucking ass handed to me, and my gay teammates always just left the game if they got a map they didnt like or if god forbid we got 0/4 for the first couple of kills.

I was so excited because I thought I would experience Halo 2 again (after playing it on the original Xbox, and then later playing the shit out of H2V). But nope. That shit got squandered so hard.

Yes, very. I think it's one of the best campaigns since Halo 1.

Every mission is meaty (in terms of length, content and variety), and consitently satisfying. And the story-telling is excellent, with no shitty cliffhanger endings.
