Really, this is why you need alchemy, restore mana potions can get hard to come by. Making them isnt much easier, but at least you can make super strong, or long lasting effects. Dont forget to fortify mana while your mana is full and use all that mana up.

Or go enchantment and just cast spells with souls.

You cant get an absorb magicka spell unless you get one in a mod. If you did, you could make a mass mana drain amulet.

Tits + lady + heavy armor

Train heavy armor, getting +5 to endurance every level. You should hit 100 endurace by level 4 or 5. After that it is +10 hp per level up.

I love Morrowind but LARPing is for the faggiest of all faggots.

i was thinking about picking atronach but i prefer being able to restore magicka through resting.

That low endurance will hurt you long term.

Yeah Atronach is objectively the best of the magic signs if you're willing to deal with it but it's a pain in the ass to me too. Apprentice is a fine choice imo.
