Here's an honest question to those out there hating on Overwatch?
Proper reasoning or not (lack of single player, low maps, slippery Blizz promises, Blizz's reputation) for not thinking the game is good, do you really think people who are saying they are enjoying it are wrong?

Paladins is trash.
Gigantic is console trash.
Overwatch is shallow but polished. Battleborn lacks polish but has more variation on gameplay and relies more on skill while having more content with the SP modes. The two are both 7/10 for different reasons.

I tend to think they either have bad taste or are unable to divorce themselves from the hype long enough to look at it from an less biased stance. A lot of people have a more middling stance, calling it a good timesink, which I can agree with, but I don't see that as good enough to patronize a company that is supposed to be popping out flagships for the industry, not overpriced fotm timewasters.
