Kind of makes sense to me. This way PC players don't get snubbed out of a collector's edition like we did with Dark Souls II and III. As long as the price is reasonable and takes into account the lack of game, it's fine - but it probably doesn't.

Companies tend to tout how great their product quality is. When you get an announcement about a collector's edition like this without any marketing about how "detail-accurate" the sculpture is, you can be almost guaranteed that it's going to come out looking like shit.
