When a new game comes out, how do you resist the urge to play it and wait to finish the previous one instead?

Not being a child wanting the brand new shiny thing.
I wait until I'm done with the current game I'm playing, or I just play them simultaneously depending on how long each game is.

The price is the initial thing that turns me away. Also I know if it's a triple A title, dlc will eventually come out with it which also means an eventual GOTY edition with all dlc and base game for cheaper or at the very most, the same price as when the game first came out.
I just think about my backlog.
only did that once with Bayonetta
I replayed Bayo 1 on the Wii U before I went into Bayo 2 and I was glad for it
Why wasn't there a Kill la Kill game? It's bullshit.
This.

When a new game comes out I look at it and say "doesn't look very good 2bh" and continue not playing anything because I've outgrown this hobby, and have had no interest in it for years but continue attempting to immerse myself in it because as a child I took up no other hobbies
As a functioning human being you should have some restraint you fucking goon.
And let me guess.
Western artist?
>they haven't seen Zone's new animation
It's just a single drawing that's been cropped.
>Platinum will never make a KLK game
LIFE FIBERS, SON.
If it interests me, it usually takes my full interest until I get to "that point" and then I drop it and get bored of everything until a new game takes my whole interest again.
w-where's the original?
>He didn't play the Kill la Kill game.
I don't I just play shitty fighting games that don't have an ending.
>I-I'll just add it to my backlog. I'll come to it eventually
>He doesn't use iqdb
>iqdb
