Is Far Harbor any good?

Is Far Harbor any good?
I played the last two DLC's but they were kind of a let down.

Is that from the Piper and Deathclaw CTF?

Please don't support Bethesda anymore than the masses already are. Please. Pirate it if you must, but dont give them your fucking money.

You could recognize that shit artstyle from the fucking moon

...

Its bretty good.

...

I'm not done it yet, but I think it's good. Just good. There aren't a huge amount fo weapons added, but I do like the ones that are introduced.

The missions seem neat but play off of 3 character stereotypes which can get a bit boring The harbor dwellers are all north-eastern "piss on the outsider this land is mine because my family has shit on it for years", Children of Atom are an aggressive religious sect, and DiMA is propped up by "insufficient storage capacity for this memory, move it to an external hard drive somewhere on the island?"

Sad thing is DiMA may be a good character, but I'm not willing to reach out that far after the amount of times I looked at the horror that was the main campaign and assumed that there were going to be a bunch of cool reveals with the plot because it didn't even come into thought that someone could be so incompetent in writing a mainline quest EVEN AFTER OBLIVION, FO3 AND SKYRIM.

I'm still so fucking mad about that shit, creature and environment are really cool though. They finally realized that sea creature are essentially monstrosities in their own right and making a DLC with them as a theme creates a good enemy base. Also, hope you like godrays coming through fog.

I just finished it yesterday. It's pretty good! Better than the vast majority of the content in the main game.

Suffers from some of the same issues where exploring feels like a bit of a waste of time because quests take you to all the big locations at some point, but if you play it where you just go around doing the main quests and sometimes exploring things that are on your route between quest locations it's a good time.

The main story works pretty well because for once the scale of the visuals kind of matches the scale of the story. In the main game everyone was all "JEWEL OF THE COMMONWEALTH DIAMOND CITY" and it was like four houses, whereas this feels like a small scale conflict between tiny little unique settlements.

All in all, pretty good. Much better than the last two. I wish the setting had a few more locations with interesting things in them that weren't just part of side quests is my only complaint.

When I said "main quests" I meant all the side quests too. Just don't go out exploring for fun because you won't find anything.

I miss all the crazy cool shit you could find randomly exploring the Shimmering isles expansion from Oblivion. Hands down my fave Bethesda DLC ever, I've only started playing FH Yesterday but from what I've read looks like Far Harbour won't be taking it's place by a long shot.
