on the computer it's a mix between dolphin and project 64.
with dolphin you have to inject a wad with a n64 rom if you don't have it

Project 64, open the graphics plugin and force the game to play in your monitor's aspect ratio (16:9)

The framerate was fixed but they completely fucked up the aiming. It's way too sensitive

Play Banjo Kazooie at least once a year fampai. Still love it. Tooie I think is too big for its own good but is still a great game.
