So how is pic related?

So how is pic related?

Imagine the game only being challenging because of the shit controls and gameplay mechanics.

Imagine the game only being challenging because you are shit at video games in general.

Imagine the only way you could justify the game being good is by saying that the people who dislike it are bad at videogames

Imagine imagining imagination.

Please disregard all other post in this thread.

You collect gems and other treasures to increase your score while decending lower and lower each level, with the difficulty increasing each time until you reach the end. Levels are randomly generated each time, so no play through is the same. Sometimes you luck out and find really good items early on. You die a lot, so it's extremely addictive to try and best yourself.

The game is really good with tight controls, good difficulty, and tons of content and secrets. I'd recommend it to basically anyone that likes platforming.

It's cool. You can play the freeware version to get an understanding of how the game plays.

Literally the funnest game I've ever played.

Still haven't beaten Hell though.

So it's like binding of isaac but with platforming and shit artstyle and gameplay?

Good game, coming from someone who's 100%'d it. Fast paced, really feels like exploring, and is harsh but fair. My only complaint is the music.

I prefer the original version (which is entirely free, and has a lot of mods available too!) over the HD version.
Return to Reddit, you disgusting fucking niggers.

I'm not sure how you can turn your nose up at Spelunky's art style while being okay with Isaac's.

it's pretty fun if you don't suck at video games
it's molded more in the actual 'roguelike' style than the 'rogue-lite' games that followed (although not completely)
it was one of the first procedurally-generated platformers, so the level generation is a bit basic, but it makes up for it by having cool mechanics that can interact with one another in various ways

It's really good

It's also one of the few games were it's true that if someone doesn't like it, he's probably just really bad at it

>mfw I still see people complaining about the ghost

>mfw I'm not as shitty at video games as people who dislike spelunky

feels so good

Wait what? People don't know how to deal with the ghost? A slow-moving enemy which takes ages to arrive and is easily evaded?

Am I on Sup Forums, or on NeoFAG??

>tfw you successfully raid the whole black market

I love planning out heists. But I can never get out with all the goods AND the Ankh.

I had completely forgot there was a ghost after playing like 10 hours without encountering it. Forgetting to pause and finding it killed me.

How the fuck can people be slow enough to get the ghost unintentionally.

>playing like 10 hours without encountering it
don't you like money?

Why would you want money? You can beat the game with starting items, and anything you want you can steal
