The point of naming your character "Nigger K***ht" is to showcase how broken the censorship system is, not to have profanity in the name for the sake of having profanity in it. How would naming yourself "Nigger KNight" properly demonstrate the error in the censorship system? "Nigger K***ht" drives the point home - real profanity isn't censored, while regular words are - which is exactly the failing of the Souls' censorship system.
